Webtrends Signs Big Name Customers and Grows Analytics for SharePoint Business 64%; Releases Book on Driving SharePoint Adoption and ROI

PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwired - Mar 4, 2014) - Webtrends, a Microsoft-preferred partner for SharePoint analytics, today announced a 64% year-over-year increase in customer bookings for its Analytics for SharePoint business, as well as general availability of a book edited by Webtrends and written by industry experts titled, "Prove It! Using Analytics to Drive SharePoint Adoption and ROI."

Leveraging deep analytics expertise and use cases from customers like BrightStarr and Siemens, Webtrends highlights key insights and successes, including a preview of an analytics for Yammer solution, during the SharePoint Conference in Las Vegas, NV on March 3-6.

Increase in User Adoption
Webtrends Analytics for SharePoint provides measurement and insight so companies who have traditionally struggled with proving return on their SharePoint investments can make necessary changes to increase adoption. For example, Siemens, whose SharePoint intranet serves over 22,000 employees, was challenged with a decrease in readership and engagement. Through a testing, tracking and tagging program, Siemens increased user adoption by 162% and proved the value of their SharePoint intranet investment within six months of implementing Webtrends Analytics for SharePoint.
