Enablence Technologies Announces Equity Financing

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 22, 2010) - NOT FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES OR THROUGH UNITED STATES WIRE SERVICES

Enablence Technologies Inc. ("Enablence" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ENA) announces that it has filed a preliminary short form prospectus in respect of a best efforts, fully marketed public offering of common shares (the "Offering"). The offering is being led by Paradigm Capital Inc. and includes TD Securities Inc., Fraser Mackenzie Limited and Raymond James Ltd. in a syndicate of agents (the "Agents"). 

The Offering will be priced in the context of the market with the final terms to be determined at the time of pricing. 

Enablence will also grant the Agents an over-allotment option to purchase additional common shares of the Company in an amount of up to 15% of the number of common shares sold pursuant to the Offering, exercisable in whole or in part at any time up to 30 days from the closing of the Offering.

The offering is scheduled to close on or about December 6, 2010 and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
