Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc. Announces Election of Directors

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - May 5, 2014) -

Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc. (the Company) (TSX:ENF) announced that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated March 3, 2014 were elected as directors of the Company at the Annual and Special Meeting (the Meeting) held earlier today in Calgary. Detailed results of the vote set out below.

On a vote by ballot, each of the following seven nominees were elected as a director of the Company to hold office until the end of the next annual meeting or until his or her successor is elected or appointed:

The Company is also pleased to announce that following the Meeting, the Board of Directors (the Board) appointed Harry Roberts as the Chair of the Board and Bruce Waterman as the Chair of the Audit Committee.
