Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc. Announces Monthly Dividend

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Dec. 15, 2011) - Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc. (TSX:ENF) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has declared a cash dividend of $0.103 per common share ("Share") to be paid on January 16, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 30, 2011. This dividend is designated an eligible dividend for Canadian tax purposes which qualifies for the enhanced dividend tax credit.

Eligible shareholders may participate in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), where they may elect, without brokerage fees, to automatically reinvest their monthly dividends in additional Shares.
