Childress has more than 15 years of experience in the legal services
industry. Prior to joining Encore, she was a legal consultant assigned to
the Southeast region for Stratify, Inc., where she oversaw business
development for a leading electronic discovery software company. She also
worked as a director of business development for Compex Legal Services, a
medical records retrieval service provider, and was the owner/operator of
her own litigation support company in Orlando, Fla. Childress has also
held various sales and marketing positions at West, LexisNexis and Fios.
She earned a bachelor of science degree from Regis University.
Salazar comes to Encore from Esquire Litigation Solutions, where she was
director of business development in Los Angeles for a national provider of
litigation support services and successfully built the company's
relationships with major law firms and corporate legal departments.
Previously, she was business development manager for BMC Group, a company
that markets software and consulting services to help legal professionals
manage bankruptcy, M&A and litigation matters. Salazar also spent 10 years
in various business development roles for WorldCom, where she worked with
large professional services customers. She earned a bachelor of science
degree from Southwest Texas State University.
Waters joins Encore after a successful stint as regional director of
corporate accounts for Whitmont Legal Technologies, where he worked with
corporate legal departments to deploy various electronic discovery services
in conjunction with complex litigation matters. Previously, he was a legal
solutions consultant for IKON Office Solutions, marketing digital document
management solutions to Fortune 500 corporate legal departments and
multi-office law firms. Waters also worked in sales positions at Pacific
Telesis and Minolta. He earned his bachelor of science degree from the
University of Washington.
