EncounterCare Solutions Comments on Recent BBC News Article

NORTH PALM BEACH, FL--(Marketwire - Aug 27, 2012) - EncounterCare Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ECSL) (or the "Company") today commented on the recent BBC news Article, New BioFuels Offer Hope to Hungry World, published on 8 August 2012.

The recent article published by the BBC highlights the significant opportunity for the Company's CyberFuels division to solve the rapidly rising crisis of energy demand, as well as the need to preserve agricultural land needed for food production, via the implementation of its new biofuels technologies.

"The utilization of fuel produced by the our proprietary formula does not deplete the world's food stock nor does it use any other product that would otherwise be used for food as in the case of other BioFuels," stated Ronald Mills, President of CyberFuels, Inc. "We believe that our proprietary and patented blend of fuel could help to make North America energy independent as the need for cost-effective alternatives and cleaner-burning fuel is becoming increasingly acute."

The Company's CyberFuel was developed by the Company's research and development (R&D) team, working out of San Jose, California. The R&D team helped to develop the patent-pending gasoline replacement product over several years. The product is sold under the trade name Singular 96™. The fuel is an enhanced energy feedstock blended with methanol and gasoline. The fuel is not reliant upon land use for agricultural purposes and so does not detract from badly needed food production.

The product is manufactured in the United States and exported to Canada. Environmental Canada's Oil, Gas and Alternative Fuel Division (similar to the US EPA) have no regulations prohibiting or limiting the use of methanol blends in transportation fuels.

As indicated previously, the initial delivery of the Singular 96™ occurred on May 25, 2012. Approximately, 800 vehicles were fueled with Singular 96™. The first customer is a group of 20 Federated Independent Stations (FIS) that are located outside of Montreal, Quebec. The price for this premium grade 96 Octane fuel was seven (7) cents a gallon below the local prevailing price for regular grade 87 Octane gasoline.
