Encover Announces Appointment of New Chief Solutions Officer Lawrence Baisch

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwire - September 29, 2009) - Encover®, Inc., a leading provider of solutions for enabling manufacturers and their channel partners to maximize revenues from service and subscription contracts, today announced the appointment of Lawrence R. Baisch as Chief Solutions Officer. In his new role, Mr. Baisch is responsible for the development of solutions that increase the efficiency of clients' sales and service operations.

Lawrence brings twenty-five years of expertise in corporate strategy, business development and information technology resource management to Encover. For the past eight years, he has led Luminous Systems, a company focused on the delivery of performance management solutions to clients in the healthcare, government and education sectors. Prior to founding Luminous, Mr. Baisch spent three years as Vice President of Product Development with MedChannel, Inc. a software development firm which marketed contract management and supply chain visibility applications to the healthcare industry. Prior to MedChannel, he held the position of Vice President, Technology Strategy at Wells Fargo & Co. In this role, Lawrence was responsible for IT solutions which enabled key initiatives such as the enterprise-level integration of distribution channels and the management of 360 degree views of customer information. Prior to Wells Fargo, he spent eight years as a Senior Financial Analyst for the First National Bank of Boston where his team specialized in supporting the bank's technology and telecommunications lending operations. Clients that Lawrence has worked with include: Oracle Corporation, Cardinal Health, Memorial Hermann Health System, The Michigan Association of Public School Academies, Transamerica Corporation, The State of Michigan and The University of Edinburgh.

Mr. Baisch holds a B.A. from Michigan State University, as well as M.S. and M.B.A. Degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
