Endavo Launches FIT Digital Media's "Get FIT with Ron" and Debuts EnHance Platform

SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 16, 2005 -- Endavo Media and Communications, Inc. (OTC BB: EDVO), powering managed content distribution over broadband networks, is pleased to announce today's official launch of FIT Digital Media's "Get FIT with Ron" (www.GetFITwithRon.com) web-based community.

As part of a new broadband video service, national fitness and sports nutrition industry consultant Ron Coleman is bringing his FIT (Faith-Inspired Training) programs direct to members of his "Get FIT with Ron" community who have activated the "FIT on Demand" service. This innovative service debuts today with programs already available.

Programming delivered to the new web community will be powered by Endavo's new EnHance delivery platform. Also debuted commercially today, EnHance uses peer-to-peer distribution techniques to efficiently deliver DVD-quality video content directly to registered community members. Recipients can view the programs at their leisure without the inconvenience of traditional streaming video.

The "FIT on Demand" service is free to registered members, supported by advertising. Endavo will receive monthly revenue on the basis of content deliveries made to registered members over its EnHance platform.

To join the "Get FIT with Ron" community and activate the "FIT on Demand" service to receive programming, broadband users can simply go to the website -- www.GetFITwithRon.com -- click "join now" and register. Appropriate downloads and simple instructions will enable the new member's PC to directly receive content when it is distributed. Members are notified that new content has been "pre-delivered" and is available for viewing by the appearance of a branded icon in their PC's system tray. With a simple click on the icon, delivered DVD-quality programs appear that can then be viewed on a connected PC. The EnHance solution will also support the viewing of the delivered programs via Microsoft Media Center Edition PC and other web-enabled devices beginning in January 2006.

Endavo's launch of "Get FIT with Ron" and the commercial debut of Endavo's EnHance platform will be featured in the Investor's Business Daily on Wednesday, November 16, 2005, Friday, November 18, 2005, and Monday, November 21, 2005.
