ENDEXX Corporation Announces Availability of Its Web Based Print Factory - PDF Print Feature for the Visual Board Books Technology Platform

WARRENTON, VA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 21, 2005 -- ENDEXX Corporation (OTC: EDXC), a company dedicated to providing online board books for corporate governance to the highly regulated mutual fund, banking, energy and multi-subsidiary public company industries, is pleased to announce the new "Web Based Print Factory - PDF Print Feature" for the Visual Board Books XRM™ Technology platform.

"Visual Board Books customers requested a tool to manage and streamline printing of online board books and documentation in a more secure fashion," stated Michael Atkins, CEO. "In response to these requests, Visual Board Books is pleased to announce its new online 'Print Factory - PDF Print Feature.'"

Atkins stated that he and Gordon Humphrey, CIO, designed and built the new "Print Factory - PDF Print Feature." "This was a collaborative effort based on input from general counsels and corporate secretaries requesting an easy means of saving and printing PDFs. We standardized Word, Power Point and Excel documents into PDFs, providing users with an easy-to-read standardized board book." He added, "In our tests, we reduced a 48Mb board book to 1.5Mb. The new board book is much easier to manage and print and it adds a new level of security over printing online HTMLs."

Utilizing its XRM Platform, Visual Board Books developed a totally integrated online tool that allows administrators the ability to securely save and print PDF documents from the Web or their desktop. The XRM Platform provides the look and feel of working with Microsoft Word. The Visual Board Books file folders are the Agenda Tabs. The documents are converted and uploaded as PDFs, and once uploaded, they become the content of your board book, ready for online viewing and printing.

With the total flexibility of Visual Board Books unique "Drag and Drop" feature, it is easy for administrators to manage documents online. The "Print Factory" default is set up to use exclusively PDF files for printing the board books. You can merge and print files as a single document. Simply click on the "Print This Book" button on the Current Book page and all of the documents will be merged into a single PDF file that can be downloaded and printed at will. The merge process is fast, clean and preserves the original document.
