Enel Finance International N.V. Confirms That It Released Its 2011 Financial Statements and Filing With AFM

AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS--(Marketwire - Dec 21, 2012) - Enel Finance International N.V. (EFI) confirms to have filed its annual Financial Statements, for the year ended 31th December 2011, with the Dutch Financial Regulatory Authority ("Authoriteit Financiele Markten") in accordance with article 5:25c of the Netherlands Act on Financial Supervision ("Wet op het financieel toezicht") on 17th April 2012.
