EnerBrite Introduces SensorStat® System

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - July 12, 2007) - EnerBrite Technologies Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ETGP) is saving "green" in more ways than one. SensorStat®, EnerBrite's flagship product, is an advanced direct digital control thermostat manufactured by Onity, a United Technologies Corporation company. This thermostat, recognized globally for its money- and energy-saving technology, uses passive infrared (PIR) occupancy sensors to operate a room's HVAC system, thereby minimizing energy usage and maximizing occupant comfort. The backlit LCD display, with both Celsius and Fahrenheit readouts, provides a user friendly interface that is compatible with almost any HVAC system.

SensorStat®'s occupancy-based setback technology has been called "the most innovative demand management tool on the market" by experts in the field. On average, SensorStat® saves 25% to 35% of energy costs, and, in fact, has been credited with cutting energy costs at the University of Central Florida by more than half.

"Onity calls SensorStat® the new standard for intelligent control of room comfort and energy usage," says Ed Herbert, President and CEO of EnerBrite. "We couldn't agree more, and that's why we've made it the key component of our energy management system."
