Enerflex Announces Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - July 10, 2007) - Mr. J. Blair Goertzen, President and Chief Executive Officer of Enerflex Systems Income Fund (TSX:EFX.UN), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. James Harbilas, Chartered Accountant, to the position of Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, 2007.

"James brings to Enerflex financial expertise with public Canadian companies in the international business environment, and will be a strong contributor to Enerflex as we continue to focus on profitable growth within Canada and international markets," said Goertzen.
