Enerflex Ltd. July 1, 2011 Dividend

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - July 6, 2011) - Enerflex Ltd. ("Enerflex" or the "Company") (TSX:EFX) is pleased to announce that it effected full payment of its previously announced $0.06 CDN dividend on June 30, 2011 in accordance with the directions provided to Enerflex by its registrar, transfer and disbursing agent, CIBC Mellon Trust Company ("CIBC").

Enerflex was advised by CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. ("CDS") on July 5, 2011 that Enerflex's July 1, 2011 dividend distribution was not fully funded in that certain funds sent by CIBC to the Depositary Trust Company ("DTC") as a registered shareholder had not been received from DTC for the portion of CDS holdings held with DTC and that, accordingly, the dividend payment made to shareholders by CDS did not represent the full amount due to them in connection with the July 1, 2011 dividend payment. The Company was advised today by CDS that it has received the subject funds from DTC and that all CDS participant holders have now received the entire dividend of $0.06 CAD. Beneficial shareholders should be receiving any remaining amount of their dividends as soon as the CDS participants credit their accounts.

Enerflex has no knowledge of the internal systems used by CIBC and CDS to distribute dividends to beneficial holders of the Company's shares and the Company emphasizes that the full amount of the $0.06 CDN dividend payment was made by Enerflex in a timely manner in accordance with the instructions provided to it by CIBC.

The Company directs shareholders with questions about the payment of this dividend to contact CIBC Investor Services at 1-800-387-0825 or 416-643-5500.
