Energy & Engine Technology Corporation Announces Marketing Activities for 2006

PLANO, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 15, 2005 -- Energy & Engine Technology Corporation (OTC BB: EENT), a leading developer of auxiliary power generators for the long haul trucking industry, today announced its 2006 marketing plan to increase product awareness and sales of its AXP 1000 product. The focal point is a year long contract to be the only double platinum sponsor for the 10th Anniversary 2006 Truck It Records Tour, starring Joey Holiday and T.C. Bush, which is a year long tour (including 80 free driver appreciation concerts) of the country music performers at trucking events nationwide with tens of thousands of attendees expected. This sponsorship provides EENT with direct and consistent access to potential product purchasers and a wide audience with product awareness. In conjunction with the Tour, EENT will be commencing a three month engagement with XM Radio with ad spots voiced by Holiday and Bush endorsing the product broadcast at popular listening times. XM Radio has over 752,400 truckers listening each week.

EENT had also provided an AXP 1000 for the 2005 Tour, which worked well throughout the Tour. In fact, Mr. Holiday commented: "The AXP 1000 was a vital part of our 2005 tour season. Not only did it provide us with heat and air conditioning in our tractor, it saved us money on diesel and maintenance since we no longer had to idle our engine. Instead of using a gallon of diesel an hour we were using less than two gallons for every 10 hours we ran this system." Mr. Holiday further discussed the affiliation with EENT for the 2006 Tour: "We are so excited about the benefits that this unit offers that we have signed an exclusive contract with AXP 1000. You will only see this unit being used during our 2006 tour season. We highly recommend using the AXP 1000 to stop idling your engine and save money today."

In discussing the new marketing plans, EENT's CEO, Will McAndrew, stated: "In 2005, we introduced the trucking public to our product, and the success of the response was well beyond our expectations, and in 2006, we will through our marketing efforts convince the trucking public that our product is the only comprehensive solution worthy of meeting their anti idling and cab comfort needs. We are also very excited about the relationship with Joey Holiday and T.C. Bush - having entertainers so popular with truckers behind our product is sure to provide a tremendous boost to our marketing efforts."
