Energy Fuels Inc.: Announcement of Annual General Meeting, Warrant Expiry, and Option Grant

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - April 20, 2007) - Energy Fuels Inc. (TSX:EFR) ("Energy Fuels" or "the Company") is pleased to announce its Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders to be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. mdt at the Company's U.S. office in Lakewood, Colorado (44 Union Blvd., Suite 600).

Shareholders are reminded that warrants issued pursuant to the May, 25 2006 private placement, with an exercise price of $0.75, expire on May 24, 2007. The Company does not intend to extend the term of these warrants.

Energy Fuels also announces that it has granted, subject to Toronto Stock Exchange approval, 150,000 options for a term of three years to employees, officers, and consultants of the Company.
