dPollution International Inc.(RMGX) Weeks after announcing its fuel-reconditioning device has been approved for sale in the European Union, the company is now boasting excellent results from efficiency tests conducted by the Italian Army near Rome. dPollution has identified national militaries around the world as prime sales targets for its technology, as they are highly motivated to improve fuel efficiency. The stock currently trades at about $0.19.
