EnerTeck Corporation Announces the Expansion of Product Treatment Capabilities for Its Mississippi River Customers

STAFFORD, TX--(Marketwire - January 28, 2008) - EnerTeck Corporation (OTCBB: ETCK) (the "Company") announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, EnerTeck Chemical Corp. ("ECC") has expanded its ability to provide EnerBurn® to its current and future customers on the Mississippi River.

This brings the number of large EnerBurn®-capable diesel fueling facilities located on the Mississippi River to eight. Currently EnerBurn is available along the river at major river ports in Baton Rouge, La., Reserve, La., Memphis, Tn., Paducah, Ky. and Columbus, Oh. This allows Mariners the ability to receive EnerBurn® from Paducah, Ky. to the mouth of the Mississippi.

ECC will continue to monitor the performance of the EnerBurn®-treated vessels for its broadening customer base. Detailed data is compiled in conjunction with participating customers regarding their fuel efficiency and compared to historical data compiled by the customers prior to the use of EnerBurn®. This data is then analyzed for the client by ECC, as a statistical model, which provides the client with reliable actual historical fuel trends. ECC anticipates the results will continue to confirm the projected 8-15% improvement in fleet fuel economy, as well as offering significant improvement in emissions reductions.

With the cost of diesel fuel continuing to rise and negatively impacting the ability of marine customers to remain financially viable, ECC feels that savings from utilizing EnerBurn® will cause this additional capacity to be quickly utilized by its customers along the river. Dwaine Reese, the Company's CEO, stated, "The usage of EnerBurn® both reduces diesel fuel consumption and improves emissions. We are so confident that we prove it to our customers using their own data. Our statistical analysis model should remove any doubt relative to EnerBurn's® effectiveness under real world operating conditions." Mr. Reese further added, "Our recent sales efforts have resulted in a significant number of new prospects from many industries, including the marine industry, to express an interest in using EnerBurn®. The addition of facilities such as this one to our distribution network gives us the ability to better service customers."
