EnerTeck Corporation Announces First Shipment to Custom Fuel Services

STAFFORD, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 13, 2006 --EnerTeck Corporation (OTC BB: ETCK) (the "Company") today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, EnerTeck Chemical Corp. ("EnerTeck Chemical"), has delivered the first 4,840 gallons of EnerBurn™, a diesel fuel enhancement chemical, to Custom Fuel Services Inc. ("Custom Fuels"), a division of Ingram Barge Company. EnerBurn enhances fuel efficiency, reduces engine wear and contributes to an improved environment by reducing both NOx and particulate emissions.

In addition to Ingram Barge Company using EnerBurn for its own purposes, Custom Fuels will offer EnerBurn enhanced diesel fuel to its Maritime fuel customers. Custom Fuels has received the regulatory approvals and is installing the blending equipment necessary to facilitate its distribution of EnerBurn.

Dwaine Reese, CEO of EnerTeck Chemical, stated, "While the regulatory approval process had been underway for some time, the quality of the equipment and end-customer benefit is such that we believed it was just a matter of when, not if, we would offer our product to the Inland Maritime Businesses. This is just the first order to allow Ingram Barge Company to start treating its Lower Mississippi River Fleet. We are pleased that we have commercialized this product on the Mississippi River and are excited to have a company of Ingram's stature as our first major Maritime customer."
