EnerTeck Corporation Announces Its First Commercial Order for EnerBurn by the Railroad Industry

STAFFORD, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 18, 2006 -- EnerTeck Corporation (OTC BB: ETCK) (the "Company") announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, EnerTeck Chemical Corporation, received an initial commercial order for its EnerBurn Diesel Combustion Improver from the Port Terminal Railroad Association ("PTRA"), located in Houston, TX. PTRA is controlled by the Union Pacific and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroads. This initial order is the result of a successful demonstration in PTRA's locomotives, which resulted in a 10%+ reduction in fuel consumption.

Dwaine Reese, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, commented, "We are extremely pleased to reach this initial agreement with PTRA to allow the U.S. railroad industry to realize the positive effects that EnerBurn will provide. We are also encouraged by the fact that we are now supplying all three of the major transportation industries that consume diesel fuel: maritime, trucking and railroads."

Reese added, "The extensive product testing undertaken by leading companies in each of these transportation sectors resulted in positive affirmation of our product's effectiveness. Our customers are experiencing reduced fuel, oil consumption, emissions and maintenance requirements."
