EnerVest Diversified Income Trust Announces July 2013 Distribution

EnerVest Diversified Income Trust ("EnerVest" or the "Fund") (TSX:EIT.UN) announces the July 2013 distribution of $0.10 per unit. The distribution will be paid on August 15, 2013 to unitholders of record on July 31, 2013. The ex-distribution date for this payment is July 29, 2013.

W. Brett Wilson has been appointed Chairman of Canoe 'GO CANADA!' Fund Corp., Canoe's mutual fund provider, in order to better reflect his continuing role with Canoe. Accordingly, he no longer holds the position of Chairman, Canoe Financial LP.

The Fund's objective is to maximize monthly distributions relative to risk and maximize net asset value, while maintaining and expanding a diversified investment portfolio.
