Fan Engagement Options Work With Subscribers' Facebook Fan Pages to Build and Retain Brand Loyalty

FANlets work with the client's Facebook® fan pages, and provide a broad range of fan engagement opportunities for users of all versions of the Engage121 application. Through an intuitive user interface, Engage121 subscribers may now create and post polls, collect demographic data and contact information, organize events and even take advantage of Facebook's new e-commerce possibilities.

  • Commerce: Engage121 clients can take advantage of Facebook Shopping with the Engage121 Commerce FANlet.

  • Connections: With the Connections FANlet, Engage121 clients can create a mailing list by asking fans to register for an event or offer. Or, clients can post a YouTube product demo or other video directly to their FANlet page. Videos open and play inside of the client's Facebook FANlet page.

  • Events: The Engage121 Event FANlet makes it easy for an Engage121 subscriber to publicize an event to its fans -- and for its fans to spread the word.

All of the FANlet options are integrated with Engage121's Library and permissioning features. For Enterprise edition subscribers, this means that corporate users can provide approved, branded messaging and images -- and even complete FANlets -- to local outlets that enable fan engagement at a very local level.
