SAN ANTONIO, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 29, 2006 -- Smart Card Marketing Systems Inc. (OTC: SMKG), a leading provider of prepaid cards, value storage card and payment transaction management.

Enlighten Software is pleased to announce that the corporation has acquired 100% of Smart Card Marketing Systems Inc., now listed as SMKG, and has changed the corporation name to reflect this change. SMKG operates its head office in San Antonio, Texas and business development office in Montreal, Quebec. This merger will provide SMKG/OTC access to the capital markets to finance it's growth and is an important milestone for its Primary Shareholder Performance OS Corp which will remain the largest shareholder as stated by the Corporations CEO Massimo J.N Barone.

Smart Card Marketing Systems Inc. President Mr. Bruce Baillio, MBA, leads the Marketing company with its proprietary platform for payment and loyalty management in the USA building upon its ease of integration and use. The companies CTO Mr. Abbondio Castronovo is at the head of the loyalty, member access and cash-back applications market keeping the companies technology leading edge. Mr. Castronovo's vast knowledge of internet deployed systems and data truncation allow for Smart Card Marketing to remain at the front of deployment and transparency for financial institutions and merchants.

Additionally, Vice President of SMKG/OTC and President of POSC Mr. Paul Continelli manages and develops the payment and service solutions segment for the company in the money transmitter and remittance industry Internationally for the corporation with respect to Check 21 Act and financial markets, whereas SCMS has positioned itself as a back office solution.

SCMS management believes it is important to expand its business in the Pre-paid segment to capture the growth available through financial and telecommunication companies which have a vast hold in the international marketplace and give the company a fast track to growth.
