ENSERVCO Promotes Austin Peitz to Vice President of Field Operations

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - Feb 12, 2013) - ENSERVCO Corporation (OTCQB: ENSV), a provider of well-site services to the domestic onshore conventional and unconventional oil and gas industries, today announced it has promoted Austin Peitz to vice president of field operations. Peitz, who joined the Company's Heat Waves division in 1998 and ultimately became its general manager, assumes responsibility for all field operations at the Company's two operating divisions, Heat Waves and Dillco Fluid Services.

Peitz, 34, has led Heat Waves' geographic expansion during the past six years, and directed the opening and staffing of new service yards in Carmichaels, PA (Marcellus and Utica Shale regions), Killdeer, ND (Bakken Shale region), and Cheyenne, WY (Niobrara Shale region). He also was responsible for the design of ENSERVCO's proprietary fluid heating units -- advanced truck mounted heating systems designed exclusively for use in the Company's frac water heaters and hot oiling trucks.
