Berry brings over twenty years of senior-level experience, having successfully served as CFO for several global start-ups and three publicly traded companies, all in the software and technology sectors.
In his career Berry has successfully merged and acquired companies valued at over $400M and raised $50M in equity and debt financing from domestic and international venture investors and strategic partners. At Award Software International, Inc., Berry led the Initial Public Offering which was rated in the top ten by the Wall Street Journal. Most recently as CFO of California Micro Devices Corp., Berry led the company's merger with ON Semiconductor resulting in a 50% premium for shareholders.
