Entec Software Expanded Into Lucrative Outsourcing Business

PORTLAND, OR -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 5, 2007 -- Nettel Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: NTTL) today announced Entec Software Expanded into Lucrative Outsourcing Business.

The demands for software outsourcing have been growing steadily. Given the competitive pressures of today's global marketplace, it's important for IT and software companies to seize any edge that outsourcing can provide. As organizations begin to understand the incredible opportunities for return on investment (ROI) through outsourcing, the popularity for Entec Software will increase even more.

Entec Software has been selected by Atlantis Business Development Corporation to develop a highly complex custom Client/Server application for its EFTAS project. EFTAS (Employment for the Armed Services), is an organization dedicated to helping active military personnel find employment prior to and on the heels of their return home from active duty. Functionality of EFTAS will be similar to leading electronic job posting websites, such as and, but designed specifically for military personnel. Entec Software will also be providing ongoing maintenance and support.

Our sales team have been working with several IT and software companies to expand their existing business. By partnering with Entec Software, these companies will have access to a team of highly experienced software engineers and database developers along with customer management expertise. The relationship will also allow these companies to considerably expand their existing capabilities at a cost far below competing companies. In addition, they would now be able to start multiple full-scaled software projects at the same time, thus drastically increasing sales and profits without making significant additional investments.

Nettel Holdings has also named Vincent Chim as president of Entec Software. Vincent graduated from Portland State University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Information System and has over 10 years experience in software development management. Vincent will be responsible for over 80 programmers and graphic designers at our Vietnam office, and four sales representatives at the U.S office.

Entec Software has been behind the success of AVOP, PhoneZoo, VOIP Payment Services, and Tougi. We have also developed over a dozen other business applications across a wide range of industries that are currently in the beta testing stage.
