Enterayon Announces Dealings on Two Properties

SKIPPACK, PA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 16, 2007 -- Enterayon, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ETYN) announced today that it has agreed in principle to sell its 100% interest in two properties in British Columbia, Canada.

The first property is the company's Orlean uranium claim. The Orlean uranium mineral claim is located near the Fraser River, 7.5 km northwest of Lytton, British Columbia, Canada. It consists of 2 claim units covering 413 hectares (995 acres), and is adjacent to the northern boundary of the company's Fraser River Platinum placer claims. Negotiations have settled on a cash price of $50,000 USD, with due diligence and discussion of further consideration pending before the final deal can be executed. The company will still retain ownership of its uranium placer claims on the southern edge of the Fraser River Platinum property.

The second property is a placer claim along the Germansen River, which the company has been amassing since September 2006. The sale price has been set at $4,000 CDN.
