Enterprise Group Appoints G. Reginald Belyea, P.Eng., PMP, to the Position of General Manager, Direct Pipe


ST. ALBERT, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - July 13, 2015) - Enterprise Group, Inc. ("Enterprise," or the "Company") (TSX:E) is pleased to announce that it has appointed G. Reginald Belyea to the position of General Manager of Enterprise Trenchless Crossings effective immediately.

In his capacity at Enterprise Trenchless Crossings, Mr. Belyea will be responsible for the oversight and execution of projects requiring Enterprise's Direct Pipe System ("Direct Pipe"), a sophisticated hybrid directional pipeline tunnelling installation system. Enterprise is the only Canadian company to own a new fully OEM Direct Pipe system offering its customers the benefits of the Direct Pipe construction method, which include the trenchless advantages of both micro tunnelling and horizontal directional drilling (HDD). In April 2015, the Company completed its first Direct Pipe project, a 42 inch diameter pipeline under Calgary's Bow River. As a result of this successful project completion, the Company anticipates receiving opportunities to pursue more substantial projects across Canada.

Mr. Belyea, a Professional Engineer and a Project Management Professional, is ideally suited to fill this position due to his extensive experience in both underground and trenchless methods. Over his more than thirty-year career, he has provided senior project, corporate, and divisional management to such industry leaders as Sureway Construction Management, Fluor Enterprises, Stantec, and Insituform. Mr. Belyea possesses considerable expertise in heavy civil construction, urban land development, public infrastructure, pipelines, and the oil and gas industry, and has a track record of securing and delivering large-scale projects (over $100 million) safely, on time and on budget. His diverse experience in executing fieldwork across a variety of environments will allow Enterprise to take full advantage of the Direct Pipe System's unique strengths. Mr. Belyea holds a Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) from the University of New Brunswick, a Project Management Certificate from the University of Alberta, and multiple additional industrial engineering, project management, and safety certifications.
