EIR CompTools provide smart staging and transformation of compensation data. The new cloud-based tools automate common data-preparation challenges including consolidation of compensation data from multiple sources, detection and correction of data errors, and capture of manual exceptions.
The tools also automate the transfer of compensation data between templates, accumulation of history for bonus calculations and generation of a compensation user-data file, and variable-pay employee history file. The data is staged on the SuccessFactors Compensation solution, providing a secure self-service platform.
