ST. ALBERT, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 15, 2005) - Leonard D. Jaroszuk President/CEO of Enterprise Oil Limited (TSX VENTURE:EON) is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Douglas Watt as General Manager of the pipeline construction management team. Mr. Watt is now located in Slave Lake, Alberta at the main office of A.G. Grant Construction, a division of Enterprise Oil Limited.

Douglas Watt has had an expansive career in the pipeline construction industry with over 35 years. Enterprise Oil Limited will greatly benefit from Mr. Watt's broad experience and pipeline construction management skills. He has held positions such as equipment operation, estimating, inspection, and management of site construction. Several major pipeline construction companies operating in Canada such as Banister, Marine, Majestic, and Bechtel have employed Mr. Watt. He has spent much of the last 20 years in Libya as a Superintendent with Veba Oil Operations and Mobil Oil in their respective Pipeline and Terminal Maintenance Operations. With unquestionable experience in all aspects of pipeline construction from small to large diameter pipe, Mr. Watt's services will be a tremendous asset to our company's future growth.

Enterprise Oil Limited is also pleased to announce the recent addition of Ms. Angela Hatt to develop and expand the company's Safety and Environmental programs. The company is currently expanding its work force and by early January 2006 will have added approximately 100 new employees. It's the goal of Enterprise Oil Limited to develop and implement the industry's most advanced employee and environmental safety programs. Ms. Hatt's experience in Emergency Medical Services, Occupational Health and Safety as well as developing programs and policy will allow the company to achieve its goals to be the 'best-in-class' of the industry.
