Arrival Alert Email Notifies Customers of Rental Car Pickup Details

ST. LOUIS, MO--(Marketwire - Sep 5, 2012) - Building upon its reputation for exceptional customer service, Enterprise Rent-A-Car now offers Arrival Alerts to Enterprise Plus loyalty program members at airport rental locations throughout North America.

Enterprise Plus members can now receive an email alert regarding their rental approximately one hour prior to their scheduled arrival with important details including the reservation number, pickup time and directions to the rental location. Arrival Alerts will be automatically sent to members who have opted in for email communications. However, modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of pickup might not be reflected in the email.
