EntertainMax Names C. Pierre Redding as Vice President, Interactive Media

SPRINGFIELD, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 3, 2006 -- As part of the company's expansion, EntertainMax Worldwide, Inc., a company partly owned by EMAX Holdings Corporation (OTC: EMXC), today announced the appointment of C. Pierre Redding to the newly created position of Vice President, Interactive Media and to the company's Board of Directors, effective immediately. He will report to Chuck Weber, chief executive officer.

Mr. Redding's responsibilities will include working on the company's digital media strategy and network development; evaluating new media investments, partnerships and alliances; and working with other senior executives on overall corporate strategies for interactive media. He will work with each of the company's core business units, focusing on interactive media content, marketing and business development. The EntertainMax interactive media strategy encompasses all of the company's businesses.

Mr. Redding began his extensive career in the early 1990s, holding various sales and marketing management roles with Preferred Systems, Inc, a leading network applications developer, where he contributed key sales and direction instrumental in the company's successful acquisition by software industry giant, Computer Associates, Inc. Over the past nine years Mr. Redding has worked in new media technologies. As Vice President of Business and Corporate Development for Zactus, Inc., a music community development and information web services company, he managed and executed the company's ASP programs and strategic alliances. Prior to Zactus, he served as Senior Director of Business Development for Imix.com, Inc., one of the first major online music and entertainment companies specializing in digital music distribution. Most recently, Mr. Redding co-founded the publicly traded, faith-based new media company, A.G. Media Group, Inc. where he is still active in a consultancy capacity.
