Entourage Discovers High-Grade Gold in Initial Holes at Black Raven, Hemlo Greenstone Belt: 2.38 meters of 44.57 g/t Au, 0.3 meters of 128.0 g/t

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 8, 2011) - Entourage Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:EMT) (the "Company") is pleased to report partial results from the first four holes at its 100% owned, Black Raven gold property in northwest Ontario. The initial holes of the 10 hole drill program were completed to test a mineralized, shear zone hosted, quartz vein termed the Super G Vein.

These intercepts may be the highest grade found outside of the Hemlo Mines, in the Hemlo Greenstone Belt since 1981. All four holes intersected gold mineralization along the Super G Shear Zone. BR11-01 returned 0.3 meters of 128.0 g/t Au, at a down dip depth of 40 meters. The discovery hole, BR11-04 returned results of 2.38 meters of 44.57 g/t Au (which includes 0.95 meters of 107 g/t Au), containing, 110 meters down-dip from BR11-01. This shear hosted intercept consisted of a breccia vein that is similar in style to other high-grade gold bearing veins that have been mined in other Archean Lode-Gold Deposits.

Entourage is planning to aggressively follow-up with this discovery at Black Raven, by adding a second drill rig. The Super G shear strikes underneath a lake, located south of the surface outcrop. The Company will prepare for ice-based drilling next month.

Details of the assays received to date are as follows.

Hole ID Sample ID From (m) To (m) Length (m) Metallic Gold Content (g/t) Comments
BR11-01 D02536 34.13 34.43 0.3 128 Visible Gold
BR11-02 D02569 29.48 30.15 0.67 1.01
BR11-03 D02593 23.9 24.5 0.6 5.43
BR11-04 Composite 164.05 166.43 2.38 44.57 Visible Gold
BR11-04 D02601 164.05 165 0.95 107 Visible Gold
BR11-04 D02604 165 165.67 0.67 2.23
BR11-04 D02605 165.67 166.43 0.76 3.87 Visible Gold

The first three holes were collared near surface, while the fourth hole tested for down-dip extension of visible gold mineralization. These four holes, totaling 403 Meters, extend this structure along strike and down dip. This limited initial drilling indicates a minimum strike extent of 60 meters and minimum down dip extent of 150 meters (100 meters vertical depth), the structure is still open in all directions. It is noteable that the down-dip intercept contains significant amounts of visible gold. Plan views, cross sections and core photos will be available shortly at www.entouragemetals.com.

These partial assay results are only for the visible gold intercepts that are hosted in a brecciated quartz vein. Metallic screen assays were undertaken on a rush basis by AGAT laboratory in Mississauga. The balance of the drill core has been cut and submitted for analysis but results are still pending.

These results imply that the vein is increasing in thickness at depth. They also demonstrate the presence of abundant visible gold and suggest best potential of the high-grade mineralization is down dip. Previous grab sampling during the summer of 2011 (EMT NR #10) returned gold grades up to 734 g/t in a quartz vein that is exposed for 11 meters on surface before extending beneath overburden. This discovery confirms the potential of other styles of gold mineralization that were overlooked during the exploration rush after the initial discovery of Hemlo. This successful development testifies to Entourage's exploration strategy to explore for other styles of mineralization in this greenstone belt.

The Black Raven Property is accessible from a logging road which connects to the Trans-Canada Highway. This logging road flanks the property on the southwest side. Otherwise, access to the property is by boat or aircraft. The Property is located in Northern Ontario, 220 km east-northeast of the City of Thunder Bay, and 14 km northeast of the town of Marathon.

A comprehensive quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program is in place to monitor precision and accuracy of the assay results. All core samples are submitted with certified reference materials (standards, blanks and duplicates). Internal standards and blank samples were inserted after every sample that contained visible gold for quality control purposes. Assay samples are taken from BQTW core, sawed in half along the core axis with one-half sent to AGAT Laboratories in Mississauga, Ontario and the other half retained for future reference.

Samples are analyzed by AGAT Laboratories in Mississauga using a 500 g Screen Metallics Procedure. Sample length approximates true thickness, due to the veins being perpendicular to core axis. AGAT laboratories are ISO 9001 accredited.

Entourage's exploration activity is under the supervision of John Labrecque, P.Geo, Senior Geologist and John C. Florek, P.Geo, Vice-President Exploration for Entourage Metals.
