Entourage Metals Announces Non-Brokered Financing with Kinross Gold

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 9, 2011) -Entourage Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:EMT) (the "Company") announces that it has agreed to complete a non-brokered private placement of 1,550,000 common shares at a price of $0.65 per share for proceeds of $1,007,500. The private placement is subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Kinross Gold Corporation has subscribed for all 1,550,000 shares, which represents approximately 6.9% of the Company's issued and outstanding shares.

The Company intends to use proceeds from the private placement to advance the Company's projects in Ontario, and for general working capital.
