Entourage Metals Expands Land Position Between Probe Mines and IAMGOLD's Deposits, Ridout Deformation Zone, Eastern Ontario

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jan. 20, 2014) - Entourage Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:EMT) is pleased to report that the Company has acquired through staking, an additional 13.4 square kilometers (84 claim units) of land in the Swayze Greenstone Belt, Ontario. Entourage's 222-square kilometer October Gold Property is the located between Probe Mine's Borden Gold Property, and IAMGOLD's Côté Lake and Jerome Deposits (previously Trelawney Mining). Entourage's extensive claim package is one of the largest in this emerging area of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt.

The October Gold Property is located near Benton Township. The property straddles a portion of the Ridout Deformation Zone, considered to possibly be the western extension of the Cadillac-Larder Lake Deformation Zone. The Cadillac 'break' hosts the Kirkland Lake and Kerr Addison-Chesterville gold deposits with associated with historic production exceeding 49 million ounces of gold.

The Ridout Deformation Zone hosts Probe Mine's Borden Gold Deposit with Indicated Resource of 3.68 million ounces of gold and Inferred Resources of 625,000 ounces of gold (see Probe Mines Press Release 01-15-2013) and IAMGOLD's Côté Lake Gold Deposit with Indicated Resource of 3.56 million ounces of gold; and Inferred Resource of 4.66 million ounces of gold (see IAMGOLD's Press Release 04-10-2012). Entourage's claims are centered between the two recent discoveries; approximately 50 km southeast of the Borden Gold Deposit and 35 km northwest of the Côté Lake Deposit. Teck Resources also has active claims located west of Entourage's October Gold Property.

Previous work by Entourage included Soil Gas Hydrocarbon (SGH) sampling, reconnaissance level gravity geophysical survey, lithogeochemistry, and geological mapping. Entourage identified two strong SGH gold anomalies at the October Gold Property during these recent surface exploration programs. Of two large anomalies identified by Entourage, the western anomaly at October Gold has a footprint of 1.5 km by 3.0 km and the eastern anomaly has a footprint of 2.0 km by 2.0 km. SGH is an emerging geochemical exploration technique that has been employed with success in covered areas of the Canadian Shield. These two SGH anomalies coincide with a strong gravity breaks, as well as, anomalous gold grains in till (up to 25 grains).

Entourage collected 251 grab samples in the 2012 program. 10 samples ranging from 40 ppb to 9,230 ppb Au were identified. The highest grab sample, collected along a sub-parallel structure to the deformation zone, yielded 9.23 g/t Au was taken from a highly-altered, quartz-carbonate replacement zone measuring approximately three meters in width along a yet undetermined strike length. This historical occurrence was previously known as the Woman River Prospect.

A property location plan, geological, geochemical and geophysical maps of the October Gold Property can be viewed at www.entouragemetals.com.

These coincident results of geochemical and geophysical anomalies on the Property warrant future geologic and geophysical work, as well as trenching and diamond drilling.

Entourage's exploration work at October Gold was performed under the supervision of John C. Florek, P.Geo, Vice-President Exploration for Entourage Metals and a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101. Rob Mcleod, Chairman of the Board, prepared and approved the information contained in this release.
