Among green entrepreneur networks, colleagues will go to great lengths to help each other out by opening doors and providing advice and support. This gathering of business leaders from a cross-section of industries is no different.

At ubizo, experts in finance, marketing, HR, sales and social media are donating their time to mentor case-studies who have put forward their biggest business challenges. Each case study, selected from a number of applicants, will receive advice from the mentors and participants making it a truly interactive and hands-on learning experience.

Case-studies include Eclipse Awards located in Vancouver's Strathcona neighbourhood, Ocean Village Resort from Tofino, Green Bean Baby run by a Vancouver mom-preneur and a fledgling non-profit based in North Vancouver, Eco-urbia. These companies will walk away with fresh ideas, partnerships and plans to take their business to its next stage of growth.

One of the mentors, Mike Rowlands of Octopus Strategies, is an accomplished business strategist, entrepreneur, and leader engaged by organizations to craft distinctive strategies and deliver award-winning marketing. He believes sustainable business owners at all stages would benefit from attending ubizo because of the collective intellect and wisdom in the room. "Few gatherings unite such insight, passion, and focused intent".

Tickets for this one-of-a-kind event are $110+HST. There is currently a special offer that allows participants to bring a guest for half price!
