TAMPA, FL--(Marketwired - Mar 4, 2014) - Enviro-Serv, Inc. (
The contract is all-inclusive, covering the property manager's multi-location apartment complexes for GHP (general household pest control) and termite eradication services. The Agreement includes services provided twice annually from X-Terminate for all 220 units over three different locations. X-Terminate™ has also secured the personal residences of the ownership group of this commercial property company.
Chris Trina, CEO of Enviro-Serv, states, "We are thrilled with the contract. It marks the first of what I feel will be many commercial contracts as we continue to expand operations and grow our customer base. This, in addition to our residential business, which continues to perform above our expectations, has me very excited about this year."
The company provides services in a 60 mile radius around Tampa Bay which includes Lawn and Foliage Fertilization, Insecticide, Fungicide and Herbicide treatments, as well as eradication of Ants, Cockroaches, Silverfish, Bedbugs, Fleas, Ticks and a number of other pests indigenous to Florida.
As IBIS World reports, The Southeast U.S. has the greatest share of the pest control market, estimated to hold 38.8% of the total in 2013. Florida has 14.3% of total industry establishments. As well, rising demand and service prices have resulted in higher profit margins for pest control companies. "Given the increase in demand and our current successes, I'm confident that our commercial contracts will grow as we prepare for goals to acquire other companies in the sector," states Trina.
Trina added, "X-Terminate™ is firing on all cylinders right now as we ramp up for the extremely busy termite season which has began early this year due to the warm weather. The residential market as our primary focus has successfully taken us to the next level, positioning the company as a leading contender in a multi-billion dollar industry."
The Company has recently prepared another quote for a commercial contract with a 40 unit apartment complex in Tampa that execs feel strongly about finalizing over the short term.
