Enviro-Serv, Inc.'s X-Terminate(TM) Secures Florida Commercial Contract With Multi-Location Apartment Complexes

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwired - Mar 4, 2014) - Enviro-Serv, Inc. (OTC: EVSV), which targets highly profitable small service companies in the commercial and residential property maintenance industry, announces today that its wholly owned subsidiary, X-Terminate™, an expert in the pest control industry, has secured a contract with a large commercial property management company located in the Tampa Bay, Florida area. X-Terminate™ is a leading pest-control expert which utilizes XT-2000 orange oil as part of its suite of services. XT-2000 Orange oil is a proven EPA registered, non-toxic eco-friendly product used in lieu of tenting and fumigation for eradication of dry-wood termites.

The contract is all-inclusive, covering the property manager's multi-location apartment complexes for GHP (general household pest control) and termite eradication services. The Agreement includes services provided twice annually from X-Terminate for all 220 units over three different locations. X-Terminate™ has also secured the personal residences of the ownership group of this commercial property company.
