ENVIRON & Boelter Associates Sign Letter of Intent

ARLINGTON, VA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 15, 2007 -- Ewire -- Joseph H. Highland, Ph.D., C.E.O. of
ENVIRON Holdings, Inc. (ENVIRON), and Fred Boelter, C.I.H., P.E., Founder
and Chairman of Boelter Associates (Boelter), have announced the signing of
a Letter of Intent for ENVIRON to acquire Boelter -- the largest single
acquisition in the firm's history.
In making the announcement, Highland commented, "Through working together
