Environmental Refuelling Systems Restructures for Growth

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - March 8, 2011) - Environmental Refuelling Systems Inc. (ERS) is excited to announce that Scott Van Vliet and Todd Van Vliet have been appointed Co- Presidents of this company. ERS has grown swiftly over its first five years and is again experiencing strong growth. This appointment recognizes the essential roles played by both brothers in ensuring corporate success.

ERS recently launched the Frac Shack™ - a closed and controlled hot fuelling system for use on hydraulic fracture sites. Industry has welcomed this new product. "ERS have put safety and environment at the top of their list. The system is truly innovative in a lot of regards and quite frankly is the best available practice I have encountered," said Scott Hanelt, SCO Fire Safety Investigator/Inspector of Safety Boss, while conducting an independent safety audit commissioned by Nexen before deploying the Frac Shack™ to the Horn River Basin in northeast BC.

The Frac Shack™ will be spun off to a new corporation, noted Todd Van Vliet, who also acts as General Counsel. "This will enable the Frac Shack™ to grow independently from ERS. The two serve different market sectors."

ERS has experienced great success over the past five years. "Complete Fuel Management is our strength," said Scott Van Vliet. "We can help our customers understand their operations better by seeing fuel as an opportunity to gather information. While Canada's north provides many challenges for both people and environment, data management becomes our greatest challenge and our greatest asset over the distances and terrain we serve."

ERS has plans for continued strong growth in all of the areas it serves throughout Alberta, British Columbia, and the Yukon.
