As CFO/COO, Jackson will be responsible for financial management and information systems as well as overall administration and operations. The rapidly increasing adoption of TerraTherm's proven technologies has enabled it to attract and retain top talent. This talent advances the high quality of processes and constancy of results, across its in situ Thermal Desorption (ISTD), Thermal Conduction Heating (TCH), advanced Electrical Resistance Heating (ERH), and Steam Enhanced Extraction (SEE).

Jackson has held senior executive positions in both privately held and publicly traded firms, nationally and internationally, across a number of industries such as professional service firms, OEM capital equipment, semiconductors, biotechnology, and retail. Before joining TerraTherm in 2010, she was CFO/COO for Art + Fashion Group, running seven creative advertising & production firms in Manhattan and Los Angeles. In a prior role she was CFO/COO for a premium multi-channel retailer, raising over $70 million in financing. Her decades serving Fortune 500 brands and manufacturers, along with process improvement successes in engineering and manufacturing, suit her well for this new role.
