Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc.: Expands Catalyst Manufacturing Division At New Corporate Headquarters

CONCORD, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - June 21, 2005) - As part of the Company's significant business development, Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc. (ESW) (OTCBB:ESWW), announced a major expansion of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary ESW Canada, Inc., (ESWC) to the Company's new corporate headquarters and facilities located at 335 Connie Crescent in Concord, ON.

ESWC's new facility includes in excess of 40,000 square feet of factory space to be utilized for high volume manufacturing of the Company's proprietary diesel, gasoline and alternative fueled engine catalysts. These catalysts are sold to the market under the Company's various brand names including Clean Cat®, Particulate Reactor™, Air Sentinel™, Quiet Cat™ and Enviro-Cat™. ESWC's new offices include the Company's global sales operations, engineering/ technical support department and operations to enhance OEM, customer and distributor support.
