EnviroSafe Corporation Appoints Environmental Chemistry Expert Dr. Stephen Bates to Board of Directors

GERMANTOWN, MD -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 29, 2006 -- EnviroSafe Corporation (OTC: EVSA) is pleased to announce that Dr. Stephen Bates has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors. Dr. Bates is an expert in all phases of environmental chemistry and specializes in government compliance issues. In addition, Dr. Bates designs and develops biological treatment technologies for hazardous and toxic waste.

Dr. Bates has over twenty-two years of experience in the chemical, pharmaceuticals, medical and polymer industries. He is currently the Principal Chemist and Corporate Health & Safety Officer at Roux Associates. Dr. Bates also holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Chemistry from Greenwich University, a Masters of Science in Chemistry from Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Chemistry from St. John's University.
