EnWave Corporation Engages Investor Relations Firm

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 19, 2007) - EnWave Corporation (TSX VENTURE:ENW)(FRANKFURT:E4U) ("EnWave" or "the Company") is pleased to report that the Company has contracted Living Communications, Inc., of Vancouver, B.C., to perform a variety of Investor Relations duties for the Company. Martin Livingston, Principal of Living Communications, has more than 18 years of experience in corporate communications and investor relations. He has developed and implemented strategic communications and investor relations programs for a diverse range of clients including Plutonic Power Corporation, Gemcom Software International, and Forbes Medi-Tech Inc., among others.

Mr. John McNicol, President and Co-CEO of EnWave, stated that, "I am excited to have Martin join our team. EnWave is entering a new phase of development and will require a highly skilled professional to provide guidance and support in building a proactive investor relations and media program. We know from Martin's previous track record that he is an active member of any team he gets involved with, and will bring a great deal of experience to EnWave's investor relations activities."

In addition to a monthly retainer, the Company has granted 100,000 incentive stock options to Living Communications at an exercise price of $0.50 for a period of five years. This agreement is subject to regulatory approvals and applicable securities laws under the terms of the stock option agreement set forth by the Company. The options have a four month hold period, as required by TSX Venture Exchange policies and securities law, and will subject to EnWave's vesting provisions as well as any vesting provisions that may be required by the TSX Venture Exchange. Except for the foregoing, Living Communication, Inc. does not hold any interest, directly or indirectly, in EnWave or its securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
