VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec. 17, 2013) - EnWave Corporation (TSX VENTURE:ENW)(FRANKFURT:E4U) ("EnWave", or the "Company") announced today that it has signed a collaboration agreement with an option to license (the "Agreement") with Pacific Live LLC ("Pacific Live") to develop a number of high-value, premium-quality dehydrated seafood products using the Company's Radiant Energy Vacuum ("REV™") technology for potential distribution throughout the American and Asian markets. Pacific Live currently offers a number of premium seafood products that are shipped directly from the source, providing their clients with the best products available.

Reynolds and Merck. EnWave is introducing REV™ as a new dehydration standard in the food and biological material sectors: potentially faster and cheaper than freeze drying, with better end product quality than air drying or spray drying.
