Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc. Announces Resignation of Jared Hochstedler as CEO

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - February 3, 2011) - Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO) announces today that Jared Hochstedler has resigned as the company's Chief Executive Officer to allow the company to move forward under new management. In addition, according to company Executives, "Hochstedler will have no affiliation with the company, as part of his agreement with new management, for the sake of the company and its mission to create and distribute environmentally conscious, green cleaning products worldwide." Concurrently, the Board has appointed Timothy J. Bredemeyer as Chief Executive Officer.

"Enzyme Environmental Solutions was once a company defining commercial green cleaning. All things considered, we still have a well-founded company in an exciting multibillion dollar industry with contacts in place worldwide. Enzyme Environmental Solutions is well positioned to take the next step in the company's growth," said Bredemeyer.

Timothy J. Bredemeyer became interested in business and business operations at a very young age as influenced by his parents; his father, a self-made entrepreneur with a successful construction business and his mother, a teacher of business and economics. Tim accompanied his father in meetings and began assisting in project management while, at the same time, taking interest in business ethics and money management.

He combined these interests with his passion for the music and entertainment industries and, at the age of 15, launched his own recording studio, Infamous Records in a studio space he leased for in-kind services. Infamous became profitable in its first year with over a dozen clients, a handful which went on to be signed by labels. From there, he signed his own local artists and produced albums in-house with increased profits.

At 18, Bredemeyer took the opportunity to merge his business with an established independent record label that also featured music video production and live concert events. Tim then sold his interest in the business to launch a New Media company while attending the notable Full Sail University for a degree in Entertainment Business.

He has since then, pursued opportunity and success, as Chief Operating Officer of a Film and Entertainment Company. Following in the footsteps of Bredemeyer's family and mentors, he has a passion in business and entrepreneurship with an overall objective of long term success.
