Deloitte to Advise and Assist in M&A, Capital Sourcing Activities

("Eos") (OTCQB: EOPT) today announced that it has engaged Deloitte Corporate Finance, LLC ("Deloitte" or "DCF") to provide corporate finance advisory services in connection with the efforts of Eos to pursue acquisitions and raise additional equity and debt capital.
