ePals Completes Third Tranche of Private Placement of Senior Secured Convertible Debentures


TORONTO--(Marketwired - May 10, 2013) - ePals Corporation (TSX VENTURE: SLN) ("ePals" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed a third tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of senior secured convertible debentures (the "Debentures"), issuing Debentures in an aggregate principal amount of $1,500,000, including a principal amount of $1,250,000 to Difference Capital Funding Inc. To date, Debentures in an aggregate principal amount of $6,500,000 have been issued pursuant to the private placement.

The Company has extended the private placement, with the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, to May 29, 2013. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes and working capital.
