Epazz, Inc. Signs Software Asset Purchase Agreement to Acquire a Human Resource Software Company

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - October 7, 2010) - Epazz, Inc. (OTCBB: EPAZ) announced today that it has signed a software asset purchase agreement to acquire a well-established human resource software company based in Florida. 

This Human Resource Software has been used by large and small companies since 2002. Their customers range in size from small office recruiters, to Fortune 100, government, and Global organizations. They represent various industries, including automotive, financial, personal service, health services, business services, food manufacturing, industrial gas production, and many others.

This Human Resource Software will open up many opportunities to cross sell customers on Epazz's BoxesOS intranet software, DeskFlex room booking software and Agent Power call center software. With the synergies of our companies the customers can continue to look forward to innovative, effective and efficient software tools geared to enhancing their business processes."
