Epazz Stock Dividend: Project Flex Official Name Is ZFridge; Spin-Off Record Date Set for September 15, 2013

Epazz Approves for 1-10 Stock Dividend for Project Flex; Project Flex Spin-Off Share Price to Be Above $0.01

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - Sep 10, 2013) - Epazz, Inc. (OTCQB: EPAZ), a leading provider of cloud based business software solutions, today announces the corporation setup for Project Flex, Cooling Technology Solutions, Inc., is changing its name to ZFridge, Inc. Epazz has filed the necessary paperwork for the name change.

Also, Epazz reminds long-term shareholders that the record date for the spin-off project will be September 15, 2013. In order to receive the stock dividend, the shareholders need to have the share settle three days prior to the record date.

Only shareholders of record date will receive the dividend. The Company approved a 1-10 stock dividend for shareholders of EPAZ. The spin-off of Project Flex will be above $0.01 per share. For each 10 shares of EPAZ common stock that a shareholder owns, the shareholder will receive 1 share of stock in the new Project Flex spin-off.
