Ephox Dramatically Expands Executive Team

Key Additions to Management Team Strengthens Company's Focus on Transforming the Web Production Experience

PALO ALTO, CA--(Marketwire - November 18, 2010) - Ephox Corporation, a leading provider of software for optimizing web production processes, announced it has bolstered its management team with several key executives. The expanded team will lead critical functions across the company's Product Management, Sales and Business Development, Finance and Marketing departments.

Tim Thatcher joins Ephox as senior vice president of Products and Strategy, overseeing product management, product development, strategy and strategic alliances. Thatcher brings a wealth of experience in the software and software services business gained through several executive roles at IBM, including director of Cloud Business Development Strategy for the IBM WebSphere business, director of the Webify Solutions acquisition, and director of Portal and Workplace Products for the IBM Lotus division.

Tom Smith, vice president of Sales and Business Development, is responsible for Ephox's worldwide sales and partner activities. Prior to Ephox, Smith was a strategic consultant with Global Aperture, managing director for the Private Equity Group at SVB Capital, managing director of IBM Global Services, and Global Sales and Business Development Executive for IBM Venture Capital Group. Smith brings strong experience in rapidly growing revenue, opening new markets, and building strategic partnerships in the technology industry.

Amy Chen, vice president of Finance and Administration for Ephox, is responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, audit and tax, human resources and administration. She brings over a dozen years of financial leadership experience with a wide range of technology companies including GeoSpot, BeHere, iWin, Aftermind and

Dave Dabbah, vice president of Marketing, is responsible for strategic marketing and product marketing for Ephox and its growing product line. He brings over 15 years of B2B marketing leadership to the table. Prior to Ephox, Dabbah was vice president of Marketing at Lyris, a marketing automation company known for its email marketing, web analytics and content management solutions. Before joining Lyris, Dabbah was vice president and general manager of EmailLabs, where he developed, launched and helped grow the company into a leading email marketing company.
