Customers choosing to use the EPIC Card at this location will receive a multitude of exclusive services including a designated English-speaking EPIC Fuels / Million Air customer service representative available to meet them at their aircraft upon arrival and to assist them throughout their stay.
In addition, customers using the EPIC Card at CJET will enjoy exclusive benefits such as convenient aircraft parking on arrival and departure, luggage valet services, and access to the new pilots' lounge at CJET. Other benefits include high priority for aircraft services such as Lektro, overnight extension approvals, access to available VIP meeting rooms and complimentary use of VIP lounges at other member airports. CJET will also minimize aircraft movement during layovers to avoid disrupting required crew rest period.
